Refund policy

Dear Customer,

At SIA Baltic Treasure, we prioritize secure packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Every item is carefully packed to prevent damage during delivery. However, accidents can sometimes happen in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect it immediately and follow the return process below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unworn, with original packaging and any included free gifts).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Important: Each amber jewelry piece is unique and has only one in stock, making exchanges difficult. We do not offer exchanges.

2. When We Offer Refunds

We will issue a full refund (including shipping costs) ONLY IF:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival (must provide photo proof).
  • We sent the wrong item by mistake.

Refund Process:

  • You must contact us within 14 days at info@siabaltictreasure.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

3. When We Offer Store Credit

If you request a refund, but the return does not meet the criteria for a refund (such as change of mind or color/size differences), we may issue store credit instead.

  • The item must first be returned and received by us before store credit is issued.
  • The item returned must meet the return eligibility criteria listed in section 1 (unused, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase).
  • The store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item (excluding shipping costs) and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Store credit will be issued as a unique discount code sent to your email, and
    The store credit will expire after 90 days from the date it is issued.

4. When We Do NOT Offer Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase decision.
  • Color or size differences, as amber appears differently under various lighting (exact dimensions are in the product description).
  • Damage caused by improper care (see "Product Care" below).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

5. Amber Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Amber is a delicate natural material that requires proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, including:

  • Exposure to heat or prolonged sunlight.
  • Contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals (do not wear in showers or while swimming).
  • Dropping or scratching the amber.

6. How to Return an Item

  • Returns must be approved first – items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  •  Must use registered or trackable postal service to avoid lost parcels.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.

OTHER INFORMATION: We DONOT charge RESTOCKING FEES.
